3. Adjust the clearance knob of the feed roller: adjust the clearance of the feed roller of the stripper. The clearance increases upward and the clearance decreases downward (adjust according to the thickness of the wire rod).
4. Pressure regulating knob of wire stripper inlet wheel: Adjust the pressure of wire stripper inlet wheel, rotate clockwise after pulling out, the pressure of wire stripper will increase, rotate counterclockwise after pulling out, the pressure of wire stripper will decrease. (It is determined according to the strength of the wire skin of the wire rod, that is, it is difficult to peel the wire skin, and the pressure increases when it is difficult, and the pressure decreases when it is easy.)
5. Raising Knob of Inlet Wheel: Raise the inlet wheel when the stripper threading, turn the knob clockwise to raise the inlet wheel, so that it can pass through the wire smoothly; When working, put down the feed wheel and turn the knob counterclockwise to put down the feed wheel and press down the wire.
