2. Granulator is forbidden to empty machine without load operation, must be hot machine feeding operation, so as to avoid sticky bar (holding shaft) phenomenon.
3. Iron and other sundries are strictly prohibited in the feed port and vent hole of the granulator. In order to avoid causing unnecessary accidents, affect the safety of normal production.
Matters needing attention in the working process of granulator
1. Pay attention to the temperature change of the fuselage at any time. When the sliver is not touched with a clean hand, it should be heated up immediately. Until it's normal to touch it.
2. When the bearing part of the reducer burns, or with noise, it should be stopped for timely maintenance, and replenished with oil.
3. When the bearing parts at both ends of the bearing room of the main engine burn hands or have noises, it is necessary to stop the machine for maintenance and add butter. When working normally, the bearing room is every 5-6 days
Add butter once.
4. Pay attention to the operation of the machine; Such as: machine temperature, speed, according to the situation, timely processing.
5. When the operation of the fuselage is unstable, attention should be paid to checking whether the gap of the coupling is too tight and loosening it in time.
