1. Before starting the machine, the temperature will be raised for about 40 to 50 minutes. Raise the temperature to pull the motor triangle belt by hand until freely; Pull continuously eight to ten times in the normal working direction. Then continue to heat up for about ten minutes, and then start up, but to continue to heat, because normal production needs to continue to add heat;
Adjust different temperatures according to different properties of plastics.
2. When the granulator is working normally, the machine temperature should be kept stable, not suddenly high or suddenly low. Near the vent hole, until the head part of the temperature to maintain about 200℃ (refers to C material, B material).
3. Feeding should be uniform, there can be no lack of material phenomenon. Machine feeding speed and feeding speed should be appropriate. Otherwise, it will affect the quality and yield of particles.
4. When the machine stops, the power supply should be cut off completely. The nose wire plug (part with spanner) must be removed. Preheat separately before next use.
