Detail instruction:
1. Pre-crusher: We use the single-shaft crusher as the first crusher used in the entire cable recycling process. Through the special cutting structure, it can cut the waste cable into a suitable small size, which is convenient for the next processing. This design also helps to improve the final recycling efficiency and reduce the wear of the secondary pelletizer tool.
2. Hydraulic handle: The manual hydraulic handle can be used to open the cover of the cable granulator, which is convenient for the operator to check the blade in the room.
3. All supporting secondary vibrators and magnetic separators use enhanced power to improve copper selection efficiency.
4. The electric control cabinet adopts a plug-in wire design. It makes the recycling machine easier to connect and safer to operate. There will be number markings on the terminal blocks, users can easily find the terminal blocks and connect to the correct unit.
