(1) Activated carbon adsorption method;

(2) Regenerative incineration method

The regenerative incineration method is used to heat the temperature in the furnace or the regenerative ceramics to more than 760 degrees depending on other fuels or combustion supporting gases. The use of high temperature decomposition of organic waste gas molecules, so that it into harmless CO2 (carbon dioxide) and H2O (water), and then organized emissions;

The advantage of this method is that the purification power is high; Can deal with high concentration of waste gas.


(3) Catalytic incineration

Catalytic incineration method is generally distributed activated carbon box or zeolite molecular sieve; First by the activated carbon box or zeolite molecular sieve, the organic waste gas adsorption concentration; After the adsorption is full, the CO furnace is started and hot air is used to desorb activated carbon or zeolite. After the removal of high concentration of waste gas into CO furnace, under the action of noble metal catalyst and high temperature, flameless incineration (catalytic decomposition);

The role of the catalyst is to reduce the decomposition temperature of organic waste gas molecules, in the temperature of 200-400 degrees, can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water;

The benefit of this method is that the capital investment and operating cost are relatively low, and it is suitable for continuous production line.
