The Copper Radiator Granulator and Separator Machine is used to recycle used air conditioner radiators and car radiators or bundles of used radiators. The entire radiator recycling plant is fully automated. After processing, you will get clean copper, aluminum, iron. The recovery rate of this automobile radiator separator is over 99.8%. The machine runs at room temperature without any chemical additives and will not cause secondary pollution to the environment. The overall structure of the disposal system of the machine is compact, and has the advantages of low noise, high output, low energy consumption, simple operation, uniform discharge, etc., and meets the requirements of environmental protection.

Components:

1.First crusher: For first crushing system of the radiator recycle machine, we put double shaft cruher to cut the scrap copper radiators to smaller pieces.

2.Second shredder: With this metal shredding machine, small size waste car and air conditioner radiators will be crushed to small pellet in size of 8-12mm.

3.Aluminum separator: This is the first separating system of the metal radiator separating machine. With working of bottom fan,almost 90% light aluminum pellet will be collected and go out of this exit.

4.Magnetic separator: This metal separator machine is used for removing ferrous impurities inside the copper and aluminum.

5.Two metal separators: We have two sets of air and vibration separators for separating copper and aluminum granules finally.

6.Dust collecting system: There is large dust collector at end of the whole radiator recycle plant, used for collecting dust and light impurities inside the metals.
