2. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the connecting bolts of each part of the unit are tight, whether the tightness of the driving belt is appropriate, and whether the power cord is in good condition. Whether the motor shaft and the pulverizer shaft are parallel.
3. Check whether the hammer piece is good, whether the aperture of the screen piece is appropriate, whether there is damage. Drag the belt by hand, check the spindle rotation is flexible, there is no jam, touch and friction phenomenon.
4. After starting the machine, first make the equipment idle for 2-3 minutes to check whether the rotor steering is correct and the sound is normal. Only in the rated speed after the smooth rotation can work.
5. Pay attention to the operation of the mill at any time in the work, and the feeding should be uniform to prevent congestion and stuffy car. Do not overload work for a long time. If there is vibration, noise, excessive bearing and body temperature, spray out and other phenomena, should immediately stop the inspection, troubleshooting before continuing to work.
