Components:
1. The first conveyor belt: Users can place cables continuously on this conveyor belt. The feeding speed can be adjusted automatically.
2. Twinaxial cable crusher: Large-sized waste cables, etc. can be crushed into small pieces of 8-10cm long by this machine.
3. Secondary cable shredder: short cable pieces enter the wire pelletizer through an automatic conveyor. After secondary shredding, the waste cable can be turned into small particles of 1-6mm size.
3. The second conveyor: all the cable particles enter the splitter through this conveyor.
4. Air separator: The bottom fan and vibrating screen separate the mixed small copper and plastic particles.
5. Dust collector: equipped with cloth bag, it can collect dust impurities in the cable.
6. Magnetic conveyor: Generally, there is a matching double-layer magnetic separator. Magnetic cable separators remove iron particles from copper.
