Features
1. The Copper Cable Recycling Plant has two shredders, including a single-shaft cable shredder and a second cable shredder. Both types of machining perform their duties, increasing efficiency and protecting the tools in the machine.
2. The recovery line has two cable splitters. With two vibrating tables working at the same time in the principality, the splitting efficiency of cables can be improved.
3. The output copper, aluminum, and plastic particles will also pass through two magnetic conveyors. Many irrelevant impurities can be removed by magnetic force. The processed copper or aluminum particles can be almost 100% pure, helping recyclers get a good price when selling them on the market.
4. An independent dust collector is installed next to the second cable shredder. It can remove more than 90% of impurities inside the waste cable.

Operating:
1. The working method of the CG-1000A copper wire granulator is similar to other models of copper and aluminum recycling machines, and the recycling process is also completed by crushing and air separation.
2. In order to make the recycling plant work longer, users should read the operation manual carefully before starting the machine to understand the working principle of the copper granulator. Good maintenance is also important to maintain the long service life of the wire pelletizer.
3. The user should correctly set the parameters of the aluminum wire recycling machine during the processing process: such as vibration speed, the air volume of the bottom fan, the appropriate distance between the rotating blade and the fixed blade, and a crushing screen with an appropriate aperture.
