1. The equipment should be operated by individual, and no one else can use it without training.
2. Before starting, check whether the parts are normal and whether the fasteners are firm.
3. Do not shear unannealed steel parts, cast iron parts, soft metal parts, thin parts, parts less than 100 mm in length, and parts exceeding the length of the scissors.
4. When operating, the human body is not allowed to approach the transmission part and the knife edge of the equipment, and should pay attention to the safety of the surrounding personnel, to prevent the material warping and wounding. When cutting, the material should be cut as close as possible to the inside of the knife. When shortening the material, it is not allowed to use the hand-held workpiece feeding, and should use the clamp feeding.
5. When the equipment is running, the operator shall not leave the post without authorization. When the work is finished or temporarily left the post, the power should be cut off. At the same time, the machine is not allowed to repair or touch the moving parts with hands or feet, and it is forbidden to press the material in the material box with hands or feet.
6. Each lubricating place of the machine should be lubricated at least once per shift according to the requirements.
