Are Air Conditioning Radiator Recycling Machines Worth It?

The air conditioner radiator recycling machine is designed for processing scrap aluminum and copper radiators commonly used in air conditioner units.

 

Cut the clean radiator neatly to a width of 30-40cm, then put it into the feed port, the copper tubes and aluminum fins will be discharged separately in a few seconds.

 

The copper tubes will stay intact, while the aluminum fins will be a bit broken for one row of radiators, and intact for two rows of radiators. This machine proves itself to be the best option for recycling used radiators.

Application of air conditioner radiator recovery machine:

 

1. It is specially used for processing aluminum and copper radiators.

 

2. Suitable for separating one-row and two-row radiators. For radiators with more than 2 layers, please use a band saw to cut into one or two layers.

 

3. The distance between the two copper tubes of the radiator is 19mm or 21mm or 25mm. It can also be customized according to the specific situation.

 

The working process of the air conditioner radiator separator:

 

1. Cut off the iron head of the radiator to avoid damage to the blade.

 

2. Use a band saw to cut the clean radiator to a width of 30-40cm to fit the width of the feed port (a band saw can also be provided if necessary).

 

3. To process two rows of radiators, please remove the roller from the lower cutter shaft to expose the blade.

 

4. Push the radiator into the feeding port according to their respective center distances. The left (right) side of the radiator must touch the corresponding side of the feeding port so that each feeding gear is in the middle of every two copper pipes.

 

5. For double-row radiators, the first copper pipe on the upper layer should be close to the left, so the copper pipe cannot come out. It is also possible to let the right side of the radiator touch the right side of the feed inlet, then the first copper pipe on the lower layer should be close to the right side.

 

6. The feeding gear engages the radiator and feeds it into the machine, the fins cut into the aluminum fins just above each copper tube, and the copper tubes and aluminum fins come out of the air outlet automatically.

 

Precautions:

 

1. The two heights of each pair (three in total) of adjustment wheels should be the same. If the heat sink is scraped off, the blade will not be able to cut the copper tube.

 

2. If the radiator is misaligned, the two-way switch will take out the radiator, turn it over and send it into the machine.

 

3. Fill the two oil holes with oil to lubricate the gears every 4 hours.

 

4. Do not wear gloves when operating the radiator separator.
