2. The exposed copper wire of the crimping terminal is uneven.
First, check whether the gun-shaped swing arm guide is attached to the wire, secondly check whether the knife edge of the terminal machine is relatively straight with the swing arm guide, then check whether the auxiliary pressing block of the terminal machine is loose, and finally check whether the distance between the terminal machine and the automatic machine is correct. No change.
After this series of inspections, the cause of the failure can be found. There is no signal connection or power connection so that the terminal machine is not crimped.
3. The wire can't be peeled off.
Check the cutting depth of the thread head, if it is too shallow, the diameter of the thread needs to be increased; if the gap between the upper and lower wheels of the incoming thread is too large, the adjustment should be reduced. The pressure of the knob of the wire feeder is not enough, and the peeling data of the pressing head is too small and needs to be increased.
4. The end of the wire cannot be peeled off.
Check the cutting depth of the wire tail. If it is too shallow, increase the wire diameter or increase the depth of the wire tail with the function key F3. The gap between the upper and lower wheels of the outlet is too large, the adjustment becomes smaller, and the twisting pressure of the outlet wheel is not enough, so it needs to be pressed. The tail stripping data is too small and needs to be increased.
5. The cutting length of the electronic wire is inconsistent.
This failure occurs, roughly because of three situations. The first is that the wire feeding wheel of the automatic wire stripping machine is pressed too tightly or too loosely. If the problem is caused by this phenomenon, then we only need to use the fine adjustment of the wire roller to adjust the gap between the two wheels so that the wire is not pressed If it is too loose and slippery, this fault can be solved; the second is that the straightener is too tight or loose. If it is because of this problem, then our solution should be to adjust the straightener so that it can straighten and send out smoothly. As a principle, to solve it; the last is the wear of the tangent knife edge or the knife edge, in response to this phenomenon, we only need to replace the new knife.
6. The embossing on the surface of the wire is too heavy.
First, determine whether the embossing is caused by the pressure of the incoming wire wheel or the outgoing wire wheel. If it is a wire feeder, increase the adjustment gap of the wire feeder. If it is an outlet wheel, make the adjustment gap of the outlet wheel larger. If it is an outlet wheel, make the adjustment gap of the outlet wheel larger. The front end of the catheter is too far from the knife edge and needs to be adjusted closer.
