1. Outlet Wheel Clearance Adjustment Knob: Adjust the Outlet Wheel Clearance for the Stripper. Upward rotation clearance increases, downward rotation clearance decreases (adjust according to the thickness of the wire rod).
2. Outlet Wheel Pressure Adjusting Knob: Adjust the Outlet Wheel Pressure for the Stripper. After pulling out, rotate counterclockwise to increase the pressure of the Outlet Wheel; after pulling out, rotate clockwise to reduce the pressure of the Inlet Wheel. (According to the strength of the wire skin to determine, that is, the stripper stripper is easy to strip the wire skin, the difficult pressure increases, the easy pressure decreases)
3. Lifting knob of outlet wheel: Lift the outlet wheel when taking out the wire. Turn the knob counterclockwise to lift the outlet wheel so that the wire can be taken out smoothly; Lower the outlet wheel when working, turn the knob clockwise to lower the outlet wheel. (When using the short stripping procedure, the outlet wheel should be raised)
4. Tool rest assembly: I am responsible for cutting off, head and tail stripping of wire in the wire stripping machine. Under shutdown state, the upper and lower blades should be opened to the maximum so that the wire can pass through the tool smoothly.
